The field of activity
"Your playground"
- Overall responsibility for IT operations with a focus on network and platform operations
- Technical leadership, development and motivation of an interdisciplinary technical IT team
- Ensuring highly available, secure and scalable network operations (applications, software, Docker, Kubernetes) for highly critical applications
- Responsibility for setting up and operating all systems, client infrastructure and software, as well as SOC and service desk, among other things
- Monitoring operational KPIs, SLA compliance and incident management
- Close cooperation with product development, engineering and management for stable service delivery
- Support and process assistance with second and third level support for client/server environments
Knowledge and skills
"Your toolbox"
- 5 years of professional experience as a network administrator
- Relevant management experience for larger IT operations teams, ideally in service- or carrier-oriented environments
- In-depth experience and knowledge in the following areas of information technology:– Development of IT architectures– Network technology and administration (Linux, Docker, network software)– IT security infrastructures, routing & switching– Low-code and open-source projects
- Experience in implementing and documenting IT processes and security controls
- Sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, commitment and persuasiveness
- Confident manner and strong communication skills, even in conflict situations
- Very good knowledge of German
Nice to have

- Practical experience/certification in service management (ITSM)
