As a Communication Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing the communication plan, taking a variety of requirements into account.
DU
- take end-to-end responsibility for the global communication of “Beyond Components” across its entire life cycle, including target group definition, customer journeys, marketing funnels, touchpoints and core messaging
- own the communication and global market messaging of Beyond Components, ensuring strong market awareness and a consistent brand presence across all international markets
- act as communication lead within the go-to-market strategy, collaborating closely with global functions as well as regional and local teams to translate strategic direction into effective market execution
- plan and drive multichannel marketing initiatives and support market rollouts aligned with the market-specific customer journey
- lead international communication projects and be responsible for the coordination of internal teams, external partners, timelines and budgets
- safeguard a coherent, consistent yet distinctive brand appearance for Beyond Components across all communication touchpoints
WIR
- value your education and experience: you hold a degree in a business-related field and bring several years of professional marketing experience, ideally with a focus on brand building at an international level
- prefer a structured, open and solution-oriented working style, combined with the ability to communicate complex matters clearly
- appreciate your international experience and your confident sense for collaboration. Consequently, we are in search of a motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- are looking for a person with strong human to human skills who can take individuals and groups on a shared journey and demonstrates flexibility when working with different personality types
- operate globally: therefore very good German and English skills are required
