We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for our products. You will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches, strong market adoption, and revenue growth.

Your responsibilities

• Establish and develop clear positioning, and differentiated messaging that resonates with target audiences.

• Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product and feature launches.

• Develop an execute pricing & packaging strategy, algin pricing with product positioning, customer value and internal stakeholders.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

• Enable sales teams with collateral, training, and competitive battlecards on product value and positioning.

• Partner with Product Management to influence roadmap based on market insights.

• Create product-focused content including website copy, one-pagers, case studies, and presentations.

• Analyze product adoption metrics and optimize messaging and campaigns.

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to improve positioning and value proposition.

Your qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management role, or similar roles.

• Experience in building or shaping Product Marketing from scratch

• Experience launching new products or major features.

• Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy and product positioning.

• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.

• Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.

• Strong project management and stakeholder coordination/communication skills.

• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and market trends.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and German.

• Customer-centric thinking and experience conducting interviews or research.

• Experience with data/API products is a strong plus.
