EMEA Recruitment is currently supporting a fast-growing and forward-thinking organization based in North Holland as it looks to strengthen its Finance function with the addition of an Accounts Receivable Specialist.

This is a 2-3 month interim project.

This role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative and evolving Finance team, supporting a business that values innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities of the AR Specialist:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes with a primary focus on billing
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing in line with contractual agreements
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain customer account records and support reconciliations
• Assist with reporting and analysis of AR and billing performance
• Use of the Exact system or similar ERP tools for transaction processing

• Solid experience in Accounts Receivable, with a clear focus on billing
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to issue resolution
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Experience with Exact or a similar ERP system is highly desirable
