Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Alliance Governance & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic partners in biosimilars collaborations.
- Establish and maintain governance structures (Joint Steering Committees, operational teams).
- Monitor alliance health and proactively resolve conflicts or misalignments.
- Performance Management:
- Track and report alliance KPIs, milestones, and contractual obligations.
- Ensure compliance with agreed terms and manage risk mitigation plans.
- Strategic Alignment:
- Drive alignment between partner objectives and internal business priorities.
- Facilitate joint decision-making and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
- Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to support alliance execution.
- Act as a liaison to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to optimize alliance performance and value creation.
- Share best practices and lessons learned across the organization.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business (MBA preferred).
- 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in alliance management or BD roles.
- Strong understanding of biosimilars market dynamics, regulatory pathways, and commercialization.
- Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and governance structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
