Your Role
As Senior Development Technologist – Snacks, you’ll be at the forefront of flavor innovation for snack applications. This is your chance to shape taste experiences that delight consumers globally. You’ll lead technical projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring creative ideas to life—turning trends into winning products.
- Innovate: Develop cutting-edge flavor concepts and delivery systems for extrusion-based snacks.
- Lead: Act as the technical expert for key customers, ensuring tailored, high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with R&T, Procurement, Marketing, Sensory, and Sales to deliver best-in-class results.
- Create: Translate market trends into proactive flavor proposals and optimize existing formulations for competitiveness.
- Engage: Build strong customer relationships, lead presentations, and showcase your creations in innovation workshops.
- Ensure Excellence: Guarantee commercial viability, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and product safety in every development.
About You
- Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Nutritional Sciences, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience as a Flavorist or Food Technologist, in snack applications.
- Strong project management skills, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
