Your Role
As a Specialist Regulatory Affairs – Flavor (Part-Time, 25 hours/week), you will be part of the cross-divisional services team within the Regulatory Affairs Flavor EAME department. This highly interconnected role is central to managing internal change processes such as formula revisions and material data updates.
You will act as a key liaison between procurement, production, regulatory, and customer-facing teams, ensuring that innovation and operational stability go hand in hand.
- Coordinate and manage internal change processes, including formula revisions and material data changes.
- Align changes with customer requirements, regulatory standards, and internal documentation needs.
- Collaborate closely with procurement and production to ensure material availability and supplier compliance.
- Support the implementation of changes driven by regulatory updates, cost optimization, sustainability goals, or supply chain disruptions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a regulatory point of contact for cross-functional teams during change implementation.
- Ensure compliance with food and flavor regulations across EAME markets.
About You
- Degree in Food Chemistry, Food Sciences/Technology, or natural sciences in a related scientific field or comparable technical education.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks relevant to food and flavor ingredients.
- Experience in regulatory affairs, preferably within the food, flavor, or fragrance industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in regulatory databases and documentation systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German (mandatory).
