ALM process design (Requirements, Test, Defect, Release Management)

Experience with integrations (e.g., Teamcenter, Polarion, codebeamer)

System setup, upgrades, optimization, troubleshooting

Familiarity with ASPICE, V Model, and automotive engineering processes

Requirements analysis and solution design

Implementation and customization of RV&S processes

Conducting workshops, user training, and documentation

Upgrade planning and execution

Providing support, maintenance, and continuous improvement

Analytical, structured, reliable, clear communicator, and strong stakeholder management
