Your tasks

• Strategy development : Development, further development and implementation of our corporate strategy in the areas of artificial intelligence ( AI) and data science
• Representation & Networking : Presentation of our expertise in the field of artificial intelligence and data analytics to customers, in professional circles and in the public
• Business Development : Participation in tenders and development of new business areas related to Artificial Intelligence, AI and Data Science
• International exchange : Close cooperation with our global locations and active participation in a worldwide AI expert community
• Project responsibility : Management of customer projects and internal initiatives – e.g., the use of AI in software development or generative AI solutions
• Leadership & Team Building : Technical leadership, coaching and further development of the core team in the area of ​​AI & Data

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of artificial intelligence, computer science, data science or artificial intelligence – doctorate is an advantage
• Several years of experience in the practical implementation of AI solutions , especially machine learning, generative AI and AI-supported projects
• Sound knowledge of project management, ideally with a focus on AI & data initiatives
• Strong coordination skills and enjoyment in successfully managing multiple AI and data projects simultaneously
• Very good communication skills and confident demeanor in dealing with customers, partners and specialist committees
• Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working
• Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
