Aufgaben
- End-to-end responsibility for the sales department
- Building, training and leading the team
- Scaling of the team as well as the sales
- Build a best practice B2B sales organization with goals, processes, tools and organizations
- Developing and implementing new initiatives, such as go-to-market strategies
Anforderungen
- Industry expertise (batteries, electromobility or power engineering) OR experience in hyper growth environment (SaaS environment).
- Customer focus, sense of responsibility, integrity, high level of energy, team player
- Relevant experience with sales strategies and sales processes as a leader
- Cross-functional cooperation and communication
- Business fluent English skills
