Gatron Industries Limited , one of the leading manufacturing sector operates across Pakistan. We are recruiting senior level profiles for our Quality Control department for our plant based in HUB Chowki.

The incumbent of this position is responsible to manage texturizing department, draw twisting department, quality control team involving quality control planning, monitor and control quality procedure for improving department efficiency and grading. Also, manage customer complaints and provide their remedies based on the analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fire Safety & Housekeeping: Attend firefighting drills; perform regular housekeeping visits and prepare reports.
• Coordination & Reporting: Liaise with engineers/quality teams on daily job targets, pending/new jobs, manpower, and follow-ups.
• Time & Attendance Control: Oversee attendance records for engineering and management staff.
• Equipment Calibration: Arrange calibration for tension meters, pressure gauges, flow meters, and other instruments.
• Quality Programs & Audits: Plan, implement, and monitor QA programs; maintain and update quality files for technical audits.
• SOPs & Objectives: Develop/refine departmental SOPs; set annual quality objectives with departmental leads and secure director approval.
• Site Visits: Inspect plant operations, offer onsite resolutions, and conduct follow-up checks across POY/DTY labs, spinning, and packing.
• Data Analysis: Review lab results, grades, packing/market reports; analyze trends and initiate corrective actions.
• Meetings & Liaison: Attend steering, sales, project, and weekly meetings with directors and cross-functional teams.
• Customer Feedback & Compliance: Participate in sales meetings to gather feedback; investigate market complaints and coordinate responses.
• R&D & Product Development: Lead cost-saving initiatives, new product development, and improvement projects.
• Training & Counseling: Identify training needs for QC staff; conduct sessions and provide coaching for enhancements.
• General Tasks: Respond to internal/external communication; handle ad hoc tasks from the director; collaborate with departments like mechanical and production to resolve defects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Quality Management, Applied Chemistry, or a related field.
• 10+ years in QC/QA, including leadership roles.
• Certifications (strong plus): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis acumen.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Adaptability, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
