Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Development Platform (m/w/d).

In dieser Rolle sichern Sie den stabilen Betrieb einer Entwicklungsplattform mit Fokus auf Microsoft-Windows-Umgebungen. Sie automatisieren Konfigurationen und Deployments, setzen IT-Security-Vorgaben nach BSI um, betreuen Backup- und Updateprozesse und sind technischer Sparringspartner für Projekte und interne/externe IT-Dienstleister.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Sicherstellung des reibungslosen Betriebs der Entwicklungsanlage für Server, Storage, Client, Netzwerk sowie User-Management (Schwerpunkt Microsoft Windows).

• Automatisierung von Konfigurationseinstellungen und Deployments für Server und Clients.

• Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien nach BSI IT-Grundschutz.

• Automatisierung von Server- und Client-Updates.

• Konfiguration, Deployment und Administration der Test- und Integrationsanlage in Friedrichshafen.

• Handhabung, Überwachung und Kontrolle von Backups.

• Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation.

• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen des IT-Dienstleisters (Netzwerk, IT-Sicherheit).

• Einbindung und Steuerung externer IT-Dienstleister bei Bedarf.

• Unterstützung bei technischen Abstimmungen mit Projekten zur Plattformbereitstellung.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.

• Relevante Berufserfahrung im Support und in der Konfiguration von Netzwerken inkl. Network Time Protocol (NTP).

• Zwingend erforderlich: fundierte Kenntnisse der IT-Infrastruktur, insbesondere

• Betriebssysteme (Windows, Linux),

• Netzwerk, DNS,

• Verzeichnisdienste (Active Directory, Group Policies, LDAP),

• CI/CD-Umgebungen.

IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Development Platform (m/f/d) – AIRBUS

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Development Platform (m/f/d).

In this role, you ensure stable operations of a development platform with a strong focus on Microsoft-Windows environments. You automate configurations and deployments, implement BSI IT-baseline security requirements, manage backup and update processes, and act as technical interface to projects and internal/external IT service providers.

Your tasks

• Ensure smooth operation of the development platform for servers, storage, clients, networks and user management (main focus Microsoft Windows).

• Automate configuration settings and deployments for servers and clients.

• Implement IT security requirements according to BSI IT-Grundschutz.

• Automate server and client updates.

• Configure, deploy and administrate the test & integration environment in Friedrichshafen.

• Handle, monitor and validate backups.

• Create and maintain technical documentation.

• Collaborate with internal IT service provider interfaces (network and IT security).

• Steer external IT service providers when required.

• Support technical alignment with projects regarding platform requirements and provisioning.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or comparable qualification.

• Professional experience in network support and configuration incl. Network Time Protocol (NTP).

• Mandatory broad IT infrastructure know-how, especially in

• operating systems (Windows, Linux),

• networking and DNS,

• directory services (Active Directory, Group Policies, LDAP),

• CI/CD environments.
