• Over 15 engineering, project management, product development and/or R&D experience in Bearings Industry.
• Solid working experience with Waukesha highly preferred.
• Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to travel internationally
• A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving organisational goals.
• An in-depth understanding of European market dynamics and regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages would be advantageous.
