Your profile:

• Commercial or technical training (office/industrial clerk (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or similar).
• Confident in using a PC (MS Office, SAP knowledge an advantage)
• Experience in customer service, order processing, internal sales or as a service technician desirable
• Communication skills (very good knowledge of German) and service-orientation
• Conscientious and accurate way of working

Your tasks:

• Telephone customer support and rapid assistance in the event of technical faults with the machines
• Coordination and scheduling of technicians for on-site repairs
• Recording, documentation and follow-up of fault reports
• Creation and provision of pre-filled construction site reports
• Close cooperation with the logistics and order acceptance departments
