For our family-run and award-winning 4-star boutique Hotel Montanara in Ischgl, we are looking for a dedicated trainee intern for the summer season of 2026. In our small, personally managed establishment, you will gain comprehensive insights into the operations of a modern hotel and actively participate in various departments.
Breakfast service (approx. 75%)
Preparation, setup and management of the breakfast buffet
Support in the service area
Clearing and organizing the dishes
Assistance with organizational tasks (e.g. ordering, table planning)
Reception (approx. 25%)
Guest check-in and check-out
Reception staff
Working with hotel software (Casablanca)
Creation of guest lists, invoices and internal lists
Friendly and well-groomed appearance
Enjoyment of interacting with guests
Teamwork skills and reliability
Self-initiative and willingness to learn
Good German and ideally English skills
Interest in the hotel industry and in varied tasks
Comprehensive insights into all areas of hotel operations
