WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We're seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development of Hololight Hub, our Enterprise XR Streaming Platform. This hybrid role combines product ownership with senior-level development—you'll drive agile delivery, make critical architectural decisions, and personally implement complex technical components.
YOUR MISSION
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Hololight Hub team, ensuring on-time delivery of releases through agile methodologies ( sprint planning, b a cklog prioritization etc.)
- Work with product management to translate strategic vision into actionable release plans and technical roadmaps
- Provide regular stakeholder updates on progress, risks, and technical dependencies throughout each release cycle
- Make critical architectural decisions, balancing scalability, performance and maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to elevate the team's technical capabilities
- Act as a senior developer within the team, implementing complex features and core architectural components
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and SQL databases
- 2+ years in a Technical Product Owner, Engineering Lead, or similar dual technical-leadership role
- Proven track record delivering and scaling large-scale web-hosted platforms in production environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile product management tools (Jira, Confluence) and development workflows (GitHub, CI/CD)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience building platforms that integrate with Enterprise IT infrastructure (Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, NAS, etc.)
- Deep understanding of hybrid cloud and on-premises deployment models (VMware, AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with GPU-accelerated applications and their deployment in virtualized/containerized environments
- Knowledge of streaming technologies, WebRTC, or real-time communication protocols
- Background in B2B/Enterprise software development with understanding of enterprise technology standards
- Interest or hands-on experience with XR (Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality) technologies
