WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a motivated Working Student (f/m/d) to support our Sales team. In this role, you will help identify potential customers, keep our CRM up to date, support pipeline reporting, and assist with the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings — gaining hands-on insight into B2B sales for a fast-growing enterprise XR platform.
YOUR MISSION
- Research and identify potential target customers and key contacts across our core industries (Automotive, Manufacturing, Defense/Aerospace)
- Maintain and update contacts, opportunities, and activities in our CRM system to keep a clean, reliable data foundation for the sales team
- Support pipeline and deal reporting/analytics (e.g., deal velocity, conversion rates) for sales leadership and management
- Coordinate meetings and support the preparation and follow-up of customer calls and product demos
- Assist in creating proposals and presentation materials
- Occasional direct contact with prospects and customers, e.g., for scheduling or simple inquiries
- Assist to build growth strategies for our key accounts
YOUR PROFILE
Experience
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Business, Economics, or a related field
- First practical experience in sales, marketing, or business development (e.g., through internships) is a plus, but not required
- Interest in XR technologies (AR/VR) and emerging technology in general
- Comfortable working with MS Office (especially Excel/PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and independent way of working
- Strong research and analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data
- Proactive, hands-on mentality and willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German is a plus
