This position is part of Engineering controlling department which is separated into project management office (PMO) & Engineering operations. It requires high cross-functional interaction across various business departments ensuring efficient processes & execution within Engineering. In addition, supporting the VP Product Development Jenbacher is key responsibility for this position.

• Manage office and meetings for the VP Product Development Jenbacher, including travel and seminar/conference arrangements
• Oversee building management for Engineering facilities in Jenbach, including office material management
• Manage distribution lists for Engineering (JB, HUN, PL) and support workshop management for special meetings (food, beverages, casino bookings, etc.)
• Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information
• Support the Engineering Operations Management team with daily tasks such as budget planning, project execution, process management, and procurement
• Drive contractor/SoW management to support the flexibility strategy in Engineering
• Execute special initiatives on process improvements as part of the Future Engineering framework

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience with O365 landscape
• Ability to prioritize, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Enjoy working in an international environment and dynamic team
• Business fluent in German and/or English (verbal and written)
• Desirable: experience with (new) product development in complex technical environments; experience with continuous improvement initiatives (Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is a plus); experience with ServiceNow, Tableau, Oracle, Dashboards, and Business Intelligence (BI)
