Your Responsibilities:

• Model and simulate electrical equipment and power systems
• Drive technical development to meet various grid codes and standards
• Support grid code certification efforts
• Prepare customer-relevant technical documentation

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Controls, Software or Electrical Engineering
• Experience in modelling and simulation of electrical power systems
• Solid knowledge of stability, control, and analysis of power systems and grids, as well as grid codes
• Experience with tools and systems like Matlab Simulink, Python, or C/C++
• Proficiency in grid simulation software tools such as PowerFactory®, PSS/E®, or PSCAD®
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); German skills appreciated
• Enjoys working in a global, multicultural, and diverse team
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times per year, mainly within Europe and the US, to support site commissioning
