Your Responsibilities:

• Work on verification and validation activities for assigned platforms, ensuring alignment with requirements and standards
• Develop and execute multiple validation plans, coordinate with system owners, and utilize DFMEA for risk mitigation
• Plan test bench equipment and infrastructure, ensure compliance with test specifications, and analyze results
• Prepare and present comprehensive validation reports
• Collaborate with the engineering team to define technical needs and align with engineering priorities

Your Profile:

• HTL, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or similar specialization
• First experience in engine/component test and validation techniques
• Familiarity with reciprocating engine technology, software integration, engine calibration, parameter management, DFMEA, and DVP&R tools
• Analytical and proactive working style, comfortable with technical presentations, and familiar with development models like V-model and agile methods (Scrum)
• Experience with combustion engines preferred (e.g., job experience, Formula Student, hobbies like cars, motorcycles, agricultural machinery)
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English; fluent in German
• Willingness to travel
• Legal work authorization for Austria required (non-EU citizens: please attach the authorization form to your application)
