Job description
- You will be responsible for creating and publishing job advertisements
- You will also be the central contact person for applicants
- you will be responsible for conducting job interviews
- you will take care of preparing recruitment proposals
- you will be responsible for planning and organising seminars in cooperation with external service providers
- you will provide cross-thematic support in personnel administration, for example in the management of time management, in particular the monitoring of eAU, travel management and the public transport allowance
Requirements
- You have completed training as a personnel administrator (m/f/d), administrative and social security employee (m/f/d), a degree in personnel management or a comparable qualification
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- Discretion, a sense of responsibility, reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
