Join us in shaping the future of energy with the Omnivise Ecosystem (OES) Program! In this dynamic role, you will ensure structured governance and alignment while driving the delivery of the OES Program within CD&NUC and Gas Services. Acting as the central coordination hub, you will facilitate decision‑making forums, support strategic initiatives, and enforce program standards— directly contributing to the global energy transition.
You will prepare executive‑level reporting packages, provide transparency across all program streams, and translate complex findings into clear recommendations. Your work will enable comprehensive digital solutions that address complex customer use cases and accelerate our digital transformation journey.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Program Governance & Steering: Organize and manage stakeholder meetings across the entire program, including the OES Steering Committee (SteerCo), and maintain a structured cadence of drumbeat meetings and OKR reviews to track progress against strategic objectives.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Shape and monitor strategic initiatives under the OES program umbrella, supporting the definition and communication of the program roadmap, including software release outlooks.
- Performance Management: Drive the implementation of the OKR framework across all program streams, and track and report on KPIs, risks, and mitigation actions for program leadership and executive sponsors.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between executive sponsors, solution managers, and regional units (RSUs), ensuring clear communication and expectation management while coordinating onboarding and communication plans for new stakeholders.
- Methods & Standards: Enforce program governance frameworks, quality gates, and risk management processes in line with Siemens Energy Program Management standards, ensuring consistent documentation and reporting across all program streams. Continuously improve program efficiency through focus and automation of tasks.
- A relevant university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering or a comparable field), or equivalent professional experience in consulting, program offices, strategy roles, or similar environments
- Strong program management and governance expertise
- An analytical, structured, and data‑driven mindset supporting transparent and sound decision‑making
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and facilitate effective cross‑functional collaboration
- Experience with OKRs, PI planning, and agile delivery models
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
