We are looking for an SEO, Website & Conversion Manager to take ownership of our organic growth, websites, and the performance behind them.

Your goal is not to create ranking reports or write strategy documents. Your goal is to ensure that more people discover our solutions, engage with our websites, and become qualified leads.

You will be responsible for the continuous development of our entire web presence — from SEO strategy and website structure to conversion optimisation. You work in a data-driven way, make decisions based on facts, and consistently turn insights into measurable improvements.

Tasks

• Develop and execute our SEO strategy across technical, structural, and content-related areas.
• Analyse rankings, search behaviour, competitors, and market developments to derive concrete optimisation measures.Optimise landing pages, conversion funnels, and user journeys with the goal of generating more qualified leads.
• Own the continuous improvement of all websites of fino data services GmbH, including our products and future brands.
• Define website structures, content strategies, features, and user journeys in close collaboration with development, marketing, and other teams.Manage our AI-supported content processes and ensure that content meets both search intent and quality standards.
• Further develop tracking and analytics concepts to maintain a reliable data foundation.
• Identify optimisation opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and execute improvements effectively.
• Work with clear KPIs and evaluate the success of your initiatives based on measurable results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO with a track record of successfully improving rankings, visibility, and organic traffic.
• Strong understanding of both technical SEO and content SEO, including search intent optimisation.
• Experience in conversion optimisation and the ability to demonstrate how your work contributed to increased leads or revenue.
• Experience managing websites or web projects and driving their strategic and operational development.
• Confident use of web analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics 4, including event and conversion tracking.
• Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong understanding of high-quality content and what makes content valuable for both users and search engines.
• Independent, structured working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
• A hands-on mindset: you enjoy implementing improvements, not just planning them.
