Job description
- You will be responsible for taking orders by phone and in person
- You will also be in charge of scheduling staff and their emergency vehicles
- You will be responsible for coordinating appointments with customers
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German
- Reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
