Job description
- You actively support the team in sales and in looking after existing and new customers
- Planning quotations and processing and handling customer orders are part of your regular tasks
- You are responsible for the entire process of customer order processing - from enquiry to completion
- Continuously look after customers, coordinate order content and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments
Requirements
- You have completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in sales is an advantage for you
- You are confident in using MS Office applications
- Your German language skills are at least C1 level
- You are characterised by your ability to communicate and work in a team
- A conscientious appearance and work are a matter of course for you
