We are seeking a dynamic individual to partner with the Global T&W Operations Management Team which includes Regional and Global Operations Taste and and Global Natural Ingredients, Supply chain, Quality and Manufacturing Excellence functions, and develo and lead people and culture agenda aligned with our strategic priorities. As a member of the Global Operations Management Committee, you will drive the development and execution of our HR agenda, ensuring that our annual HR processes are successfully implemented across regional and HR teams.

In this exciting role you will:

  • Act as a trusted HR business partner to the Global Head T&W Operations supporting the business growth through strategic and tactical plans to build a strong and sustainable Global Operations organization

  • Contribute to the development of the Global Operations business strategy as a member of the Global Operations team

  • Actively work on talent and workforce priorities - short, mid and longer term to build a strong and sustainable Operations organization.

  • Develop effective relationships and ensure good alignment with HR stakeholders including regional and global COEs, HR project leads and other regional and country HR leaders to deliver and talent outcomes and develop next generations leaders.

  • Partner with the business and play an integral role in driving change management for acquisitions, greenfield and brownfield projects , as applicable

  • Develop and deliver actions aligned to Global HR Strategy with special focus on Diversity and Inclusion, Engagement, HR transformation initiatives, integration of acquisitions and Purpose activation.

  • Drive HR delivery excellence by ensuring successful execution of annual HR processes

  • Demonstrate excellent partnership, with Regional HRBP Ops and Global HRBP Ops F&B, fostering a collaborative "One HR team mind-set' and closely work with global and other regional HR leaders on key HR processes, projects and challenges.

Your professional profile includes:

  • A degree in a relevant field

  • At least 12 years of senior HR experience in a global and manufacturing environment

  • Familiarity with employment law across international jurisdictions

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, facilitation, and relationship-building abilities

  • Capability of working independently as well as within a matrixed team environment

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data effectively for decision-making

  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines

  • Demonstrated experience in driving change and transformation initiatives

Multiple locations: Naarden (Netherlands), Kemptthal (Switzerland)
