About the position
We are looking for enrolled students who will support the team as part of a flexible period of 55 to 130 hours per month over a period of 4 to 12 months. Attractive remuneration and the opportunity to actively contribute to the expansion of Germany's digital infrastructure from 01.12.2026 are offered.
Your tasks
As a flexicant (m/f/d), you will complete your voluntary internship and benefit from attractive pay and flexible working hours.
You will support the team with the following responsible tasks:
- Review and evaluation of process blockers in the deployment process
- Carrying out plausibility checks and deadline checks
- Coordination and scheduling of orders in a gigabit business system
- Coordination with customers, owners and contractors to clarify outstanding issues
- Documentation of relevant processes and preparation of evaluations and reports for project management
- Support for a wide range of tasks and projects related to FTTH fibre-optic expansion
- You will gain exciting insights into the expansion of modern fiber optic networks and gain valuable practical experience in the project environment
Your profile
You are studying business administration, business informatics, project management, a comparable degree program or are in a gap year.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
- Safe use of MS Office, in particular Excel, Outlook and OneNote
- Distinctive organizational skills and structured way of working
- High communication skills and confident appearance
- Ability to work in a team and a strong willingness to cooperate
- Personal initiative and independent work
- Analytical thinking and solution-oriented approach
- Careful documentation and structured data management
