Creating passion: your responsibilities

As a Business Consultant (m/f/d), you will act as the key interface between business and IT. You will advise our divisions and companies on digital transformation initiatives and ensure effective business-IT alignment across the listed domains.

Your key tasks:

• Analyze and optimize business processes, promoting best practices in one or two of the domains Customer Service and Logistics & Warehousing, Quality Management
• Coordinate initiatives related to creating conceptional (pre-)studies to recommend a comprehensive way forward for reaching business goals
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and describe IT requirements
• Consult IT projects from requirements gathering through to implementation and oversee the whole lifecycle of service delivery
• Contribute to the selection of new IT solutions
• Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders
• Work closely with Domain Architects, Demand Manager and Solution Architects

 Contributing your strengths: your qualifications

• Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Solid knowledge in at least one of the business domains: Production
• Several years of experience in consulting
• Experience in process analysis and modeling (e.g., BPMN)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Analytical mindset and structured working style
• Fluent in German and English, any other European language B1 level is a plus.
