Job Description

• Develop AI tool /process to automate the analysis of customer specific requirements and to create cost calculations for distributiuon warehouse
• Develop process/tool to automatically extract SCM relevant data from various documents (customer specifcations in PDF, Word, Excel etc.)
• Develop process/tool to automatically identify missing information/data from various documents
• Develop process/tool to generate logistics specification for distribution warehouse from customer specifications
• Develop process/tool to generate automatically cost calculations/estimaions for distribution warehouse for new projects based on cost data avalaible for existing projects/business
• Develop process/tool to verify/check quotations from extenal service providers for distribution warehouse

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical & Professional Competencies
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and AI (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Chat GPT, Copilot etc.)
• Interest in digitalization and automation of business processes
• Analytical thinking and the ability to translate business needs into digitalization and automation
