What you'll do

• Define and implement quality assurance frameworks for IT programs and projects, ensuring alignment with Knauf’s global standards and compliance requirements

• Lead quality assessments and reviews across project phases to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, reporting findings to senior stakeholders including C-Level

• Collaborate with program and project managers and delivery teams to embed quality checkpoints and continuous improvement practices throughout the lifecycle

• Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to monitor quality performance, ensuring transparency and accountability across all IT initiatives

• Act as a strategic advisor and ambassador on quality topics, proactively identifying trends and driving initiatives that enhance delivery excellence and business customer satisfaction

Who you are

• Proven experience in IT project quality assurance or governance roles, ideally within large-scale transformation programs and international environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex quality data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels

• Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma) or project assurance (e.g., IPMA) is a plus

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in German is advantageous
