Lead – Inspire – Improve
On behalf of an international family-owned company in the food & beverage sector, we are looking for an Interim Head of Customer Support to strengthen their site in the Netherlands for the next 4–6 months. The company is a European market leader in private label and portion-packed products, serving major retailers and foodservice customers across multiple countries.
The Role
As the Interim Head of Customer Support, you will:
Lead and coach a team of 5 Customer Support professionals.
Responsibility for international customer support, including close collaboration with account management, marketing, product management, finance & controlling, operations, and supply chain.
Ensure proactive, customer-focused service for both Dutch and international markets.
Drive continuous improvement of commercial processes.
Support Sales in complex projects and remain actively involved with key customers.
You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and play a visible, hands-on role in shaping customer excellence across Europe.
What You Bring
A relevant degree (e.g. business administration, commercial economics).
5–8 years’ experience in FMCG or food production.
3+ years’ leadership experience in customer support / inside sales.
Strong project management and ERP knowledge.
Excellent Dutch and English skills; German is a plus.
