IT-Support 1st & 2nd Level (m/w/d)
 

For our amazing and international Chat-Team, we are looking for a new team member with affinity for IT.

• Providing  Chat-support 
• Answering incoming calls to our Emergency line support
• Providing real-time assistance and reducing waiting times
• Troubleshooting of software issues and installing software such as updates and new software acquired by the company
• Creating tickets for hardware requests
• Fixing basic errors on accounts, unlock accounts, and performing password resets
• Routing tickets to other support teams 
• Making a detailed record and follow-up of the cases; also working along with other teams to provide solutions to issues in a timely manner

• You are passionate about Tech
• initial experience in support or customer service
• You think in a structured and innovative way, enjoy working in a team and have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and an independent way of working characterize you
• You have a service mentality
• Fluent English, German is welcome
