Based in Klipphausen, Germany we are looking for a dedicated IT System Administrator EMEA (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure, supporting colleagues across the EMEA region, and ensuring secure and efficient system operations.

Job responisbilities

• Plan, install, and maintain the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workplace systems
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Provide effective technical support to employees, assisting with inquiries and troubleshooting issues
• Administer and optimize the ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Perform regular backups and ensure fast disaster recovery
• Create and maintain documentation as well as user-friendly resources for internal training
• Implement and maintain modern IT solutions to optimize business processes

Job requirements

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a degree in computer science, plus initial experience in IT administration
• Solid knowledge of system administration (Windows)
• Experience with network technologies (LAN/WAN, VPN, Firewalls)
• Familiarity with ERP system administration, preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong team spirit, proactive mindset, and a structured, independent way of working
• Excellent German and English skills
