- € € 1.887 to € 2.190* gross/month depending on level of education – Duration: 2 months (September-October)
Your Responsibilities
The Events Team at ISTA organizes academic events like conferences, workshops and meetings, public outreach activities or networking events. This internship gives you the opportunity to get to know the whole process of event management from start to finish in a diverse and dynamic team.
- Help with the organization of scientific conferences, workshops and other academic events
- Support the organization of outreach formats, internal as well as and networking events
- Support the events team with day-to-day tasks and administrative matters
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in event management or related field
- Very good command of written and spoken English (working language), German skills are of advantage
- Team player with excellent communication and organization skills
- High degree of service orientation and hands-on mentality
- Excited to proactively support our team and eager to learn
