What will you do?
You remain calm and maintain an overview even during busy peak times, acting responsibly and with confidence. Your strong attention to detail and high quality standards, combined with a natural warmth and friendliness when dealing with guests and clients, set you apart. Ideally, you already have relevant experience in the event- or hotelindustry and are fluent in both German and English.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2,263 gross according to pay group 3 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna. Willingness to overpay depending on experience and qualifications is possible.

- Independent management of clients and event projects.
- Sales and presentation of our event services.
- Preparation and negotiation of offers and contracts.
- Individual client consultation and development of creative event solutions.
- Maintenance of client relationships and strong attention to detail to delight guests.
