Aufgaben

• Responsible for the technical integration of specific procurement data from our customers ERP system landscape into ivoflow using our middleware partners
• Mapping data from the source format to the target format is no problem for you
• You are confident in setting up profiles for data integration (CSV, DB, REST APIs)
• Provide consulting and technical support to our customers on the ivoflow software product
• Analyze, design, and implement IT solutions within customer projects
• Support and further develop customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle
• Conduct technical error analysis and resolve issues (2nd-/3rd-level support)
• Contribute to the planning and implementation of new system landscapes
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and customer success teams as well as external middleware partners to align integration solutions with business needs
• Experience with interfaces and data integration

Qualifikation

• Completed Technical Eduction (abgeschlossene Ausbildung) or degree in IT, or an equivalent qualification
• Mininum 2 years of experience
• Solid technical knowledge of IT systems and networks
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Confident in using project management methods and tools
• Proven experience in customer project support and technical troubleshooting
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge of cloud technologies or IT-Security
• Experience with SAP or ERP Enterprise Systems, preferrably in the Supply Chain and Procurement space and/or working with middleware tools as Lobster
