Your Task

In our training as an IT system electronics technician, you will ensure that technology works locally.

This training content awaits you, among other things:

• You install Internet, telephone and IT systems
• You set up devices and networks
• You find mistakes and fix them
• You work directly with customers

During your training, you can be employed in various areas, such as:

• Technical service (recording customer concerns and advice on products)
• Field service (installation and troubleshooting of connections and terminal equipment for private and business customers)
• Telekom technology (e.g. construction and maintenance of copper, fiber optic and 5G networks)

Your Profile

• Main/secondary school diploma, Abitur or a comparable degree
• Interest in innovations, technology and the telecommunications sector
• Enjoyment of practical activities and manual skills
• Interest in mathematical-technical tasks
