To strengthen our team, we are looking for support at the earliest possible date for our German branch based in Cologne:
Business Analyst Insurance Core Systems Main Focus Sapiens IDIT & KI Integration (m/f/d)
Main tasks
- Requirements management: Collection, documentation, and prioritization of technical and regulatory requirements.
- Process analysis and optimization: Modeling of actual and target processes (BPMN 2.0), identification of optimization potential, and derivation of KPIs.
- Functional design: Creation of use cases, user stories, and data models to support solution development.
- Product development: Translation of business cases into new insurance products and their implementation in IT systems.
- Data & market analysis: Analysis of internal and external data to derive recommendations for action.
- Business case & risk analysis: Evaluation of benefits, costs, risks, and regulatory implications.
- Stakeholder management: Facilitation of workshops, conflict resolution, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Test & acceptance support: Deriving test cases, validating functionalities, and supporting acceptance.
- Change & release support: Supporting rollouts, training, and benefit tracking.
- Country-specific support: Collaborating with local teams to take national requirements into account.
- Super user coordination: Consolidating requirements from different countries and areas.
Your profile - Professional experience/ personality/ languages/software
- Degree in (business) information technology, insurance, or comparable training
- Experience with Sapiens IDIT is an advantage
- Knowledge of insurance processes, in particular contract and claims management
- Experience in project and test management
- Confident handling of data models and relational databases
- Good knowledge of SQL for data analysis and provision
- Good knowledge of AI function especially Co-Pilot
- Language skills:
- German: at least level C1
- English: at least level B2
- French: at least level C1
- Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and structured approach to work
- Ability to work under pressure, even in difficult and demanding environments
- High affinity for working in a multicultural environment

Your first year with us:
- 0-3 months: You will get to know the organization, make initial contacts and familiarize yourself with your tasks as part of your onboarding. A buddy will be available to you regularly during this time.
