After onboarding, you guide online shops through their journey with our solutions, ensuring they achieve maximum product value. You’re the trusted partner who turns products into real results – building loyalty and long-term relationships that matter.
Your responsibilities
Take ownership of a defined portfolio of customers, proactively driving performance improvements.
Serve as the main point of contact, offering expert guidance and ongoing support.
Identify opportunities for growth and strategically position TRSTD’s technologies to achieve client goals.
Act as the voice of the customer, providing actionable insights to our product team.
This is a full‑time hybrid position based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Your profile
Proven expertise in customer communication and account management.
Strong B2B background, ideally with Key Account experience.
Deep understanding of SaaS and e-commerce challenges.
Skilled at managing stakeholders and collaborating across teams.
Organized, hands-on, and proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Native-level Dutch (C2) and advanced English (C1).
