Your Impact
After the customer’s onboarding, you will guide online shops on their journey with our SaaS solutions, ensuring they unlock the full value of our products. You are the trusted partner who turns products into real results – building loyalty and long-term relationships that truly matter.
Ownership & Strategic Portfolio Management: You will own and manage your portfolio of B2B customers, proactively driving product adoption and performance optimization for online shops.
Primary Point of Contact: Through regular and proactive communication (calls, meetings), expert advice, and continuous support, you will strengthen and develop long-term customer relationships.
Identifying Growth Opportunities: You will spot potential for further growth within your customers and strategically position TRSTD technologies to achieve their goals together.
Voice of the Customer: Share insights and feedback from your portfolio with key stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Legal, Operations) to help shape solutions that meet real customer needs.
Your profile
Customer Success Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in Customer Success Management, ideally within a SaaS, e-commerce, or technology-driven environment.
Proactive Communication Skills: You enjoy to engage with customers proactively, anticipate their needs, and initiate meaningful conversations to strengthen relationships and drive your customers’ success.
Negotiation Skills & Sales Instinct: You have a natural talent for sales and strong negotiation skills, enabling you to position solutions effectively and actively unlock growth opportunities within your portfolio.
Analytical Thinking & Tools: You work confidently with CRM systems such as Salesforce and make data-driven decisions to optimize processes and sustainably enhance your portfolio’s performance.
Fluent German and Strong English Skills: You communicate empathetically and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
