Decades of experience have enabled the company to develop market-leading capabilities and exceptional quality standards. We are looking for you to join our team in Cologne as soon as possible in the role of HR Administrator (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- You will be responsible for all administrative tasks related to human resources
- Your responsibilities will also include the administration and maintenance of employee-related data, as well as the preparation of HR-related statistics and presentations
- You will serve as the point of contact for HR-related matters and manage smaller projects independently or contribute to larger ones.
- In addition, you will draft documents for the works council and communicate HR department matters to all relevant parties
- Preparing references, certificates, etc., as well as providing general support to HR Business Partners, round out your job profile
Our Requirements
- You have successfully completed a business apprenticeship or, alternatively, hold another relevant qualification with additional training
- You have already gained some initial professional experience in human resources, ideally in administration
- In addition to excellent English skills, you are proficient in MS Office
- You impress with your strong communication skills and high level of self-motivation
