Our Client
is an internationally active company within a Swedish industrial group. The company is one of the leading providers of vacuum technologies and offers customer-focused vacuum solutions and services. Our client, headquartered in North Rhine-Westphalia, is represented on every continent through production sites and distributors. We are seeking an HR Generalist (m/f/d) International (part-time) to start as soon as possible at our Cologne location.
Your Tasks
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers at the EMEA Customer Center (Germany) and provide comprehensive advice on all operational HR matters
- You are responsible for all day-to-day HR operations (including employment contracts, job classifications, and company agreements)
- You will provide advice on labor, collective bargaining, and employment law issues as well as the implementation of corresponding measures
- Managing and overseeing the entire recruitment process for specialists and managers—both internally and externally—using modern recruitment channels is also part of your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the professional development of team members and for fostering an open, employee-oriented corporate culture
- Participating in special projects and supporting change processes and restructuring efforts round out your role
Our Requirements
- You have a degree in the humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources management; alternatively, you have completed a business apprenticeship
- You have initial professional experience in operational and/or strategic HR roles, ideally in an industrial setting
- You have a solid understanding of labor law
- You are characterized by an independent, structured, reliable, and solution-oriented approach to work
