Aufgabengebiet

Tasks:

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to ensure purpose and effectiveness.
• Track tasks, backlogs, and team commitments using tools like JIRA or similar.
• Guide and coach teams in adopting Agile practices and improving self-organization.
• Identify and remove impediments that affect team progress and delivery.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with over 20 stakeholders.
• Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions.
• Coordinate collaboration and alignment between multiple Scrum teams.
• Enable effective remote collaboration using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Teams.
• Mediate and resolve team conflicts while preserving trust and focus.
• Drive and lead retrospectives to identify areas of improvement and implement changes.

Anforderungsprofil

Skills:

• Deep expertise in Scrum Framework (Scrum principles, values, and practices; CSM/PSM certification preferred).
• Strong facilitation and moderation skills.
• Proficient in task and progress tracking with tools like JIRA.
• Agile coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Problem-solving and impediment management.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management.
• Cross-team coordination and alignment skills.
• Advanced remote collaboration competencies.
• Conflict resolution and mediation abilities.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
• Fluent English skills.
