Job description

  • You will be responsible for general office management and a wide range of administrative tasks
  • You will bring your strengths to bear in address management and database maintenance
  • With care, you will support the accounting department and prepare documents for the tax consultant
  • You will be responsible for cash management and administration of client funds as well as the auditing and administration of donations
  • Administrative activities within the scope of the association's work and administration of donations

  • you work closely with the Executive Board and are the communicative interface for various concerns
  • you actively support the property management and take care of project-related administrative tasks

Requirements

  • You have completed training in the administrative field, for example as an administrative assistant (m/f/d) or with an administrative-related qualification
  • You actively contribute your experience in office management and administrative processes to the daily work routine
  • Experience in association work is an advantage for you and supports you in specific tasks
  • Ideally, you have already gained knowledge in dealing with DATEV
  • You are confident with Microsoft Office and use the programmes routinely
  • A structured, flexible and solution-oriented way of working characterises you
  • Communication suits you - as does the joy of working in a team
  • Reliability, discretion and commitment are among your personal strengths
