Job description
- You will be responsible for general office management and a wide range of administrative tasks
- You will bring your strengths to bear in address management and database maintenance
- With care, you will support the accounting department and prepare documents for the tax consultant
- You will be responsible for cash management and administration of client funds as well as the auditing and administration of donations
- Administrative activities within the scope of the association's work and administration of donations
- administrative activities in the context of the association's work are just as much your responsibility as the processing of funding applications
- you work closely with the Executive Board and are the communicative interface for various concerns
- you actively support the property management and take care of project-related administrative tasks
Requirements
- You have completed training in the administrative field, for example as an administrative assistant (m/f/d) or with an administrative-related qualification
- You actively contribute your experience in office management and administrative processes to the daily work routine
- Experience in association work is an advantage for you and supports you in specific tasks
- Ideally, you have already gained knowledge in dealing with DATEV
- You are confident with Microsoft Office and use the programmes routinely
- A structured, flexible and solution-oriented way of working characterises you
