We are an established, innovative recruitment and consulting firm headquartered in Cologne with offices in Berlin and Munich. With years of experience and an extensive network, we offer professional support in all areas of human resources. Our focus is on tailored, modern solutions and personalized support. To strengthen our team in Cologne, we are looking for you as a Junior HR Specialist (m/f/d).
Your Tasks
- In this role, you will share responsibility for applicant management and handle candidate communication during phone interviews and in-person interviews
- In this role, you will create job postings tailored to specific target groups and manage their publication through relevant channels
- In addition, you will actively identify and recruit suitable candidates through direct search and the development of sustainable talent pools
- You will also assist in drafting contracts and references, as well as in negotiating compensation terms
- Supporting HR-related projects focused on sustainable recruitment rounds out your responsibilities
Our Requirements
- A successfully completed degree in the humanities or business administration; alternatively, you have a comparable qualification
- Initial relevant experience from internships or part-time student work in the HR field
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- You stand out for your ability to work independently, your assertiveness, and your strong communication skills, combined with a high level of self-motivation
- A professional and confident demeanor at all levels, along with strong interpersonal skills, round out your profile
