To strengthen our team, we are looking for support at the earliest possible date for one of our branches:
(Senior) Learning Content and Experience Designer (m/f/d)
Main tasks
Your key responsibilities:
• Creating engaging digital learning formats - from e‑learning modules to videos and microlearning
• Curating and adapting learning content for diverse target groups
• Localising learning materials for all countries and regions
Your creative impact:
• Developing visual content for DEI, Leadership, and Change initiatives
• Producing video content with Synthesia
Your contribution to learning culture:
• Supporting campaigns such as DEI Month, Health Week, and Learning Week
Your operational excellence:
• Uploading, organising, and maintaining learning content in the LMS
• Designing templates and toolkits that elevate our learning experience
• Ensuring high didactic and visual quality standards across all materials
Your profile - Professional experience/ personality/ languages/software
You bring:
• A degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communication, or a comparable field
• Professional experience in digital learning, instructional design, or a similar role
Your expertise includes:
• Strong knowledge of learning psychology, adult education, and UX principles in learning contexts
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing microlearning formats and transfer concepts
Your working style is:
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and highly structured
• Curious, collaborative, and consistently focused on customer needs
Your mindset shows:
• An empathetic approach and a solid understanding of diverse target groups
Your toolkit covers:
• Confident use of Articulate, MS365, and Synthesia
Your language skills:
• Excellent English at C1 level
• Additional European languages such as German, Dutch, or French are a plus
Why MSIG Europe?
The Learning & Development team consists of four colleagues and is positioned as a central function within the company. Working closely with the European locations, the team is responsible for the strategic and operational development of learning and development across the company.
Your first year with us:
Your first year with us:
- 0-3 months: You will get to know the organization, make initial contacts and familiarize yourself with your tasks as part of your onboarding. A buddy will be available to you regularly during this time. At this time you will also have your first meeting with the HR department so that any questions or organizational matters can be clarified.
- 4-6 months: You become more and more familiar with your role and have completed the majority of your onboarding. Your buddy will also support you during this time. The second interview with HR is due.
- 7-12 months: You have all the information and tools you need to carry out your tasks confidently and independently.
