Your ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Coaching
Develop and lead a hybrid team through regular touchpoints, coaching, and individual support to foster both professional and personal growth.Operational Excellence
Ensure efficient, structured, and high-quality processes across Customer Success and Account Management.Customer Retention & Relationships
Build and strengthen long-term customer relationships by maintaining a strong customer focus and empowering your team to act as trusted advisors.Process Optimization
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement optimizations together with your team.Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and other internal stakeholders, and proactively share relevant customer and market insights.
Your profile
Customer Success / Account Management
Several years of experience working with B2B customers, ideally in a SaaS or software environment.Leadership Skills
Initial leadership experience or a strong ambition to successfully lead and develop a hybrid team both professionally and personally.Retention Mindset
A solid understanding of customer retention as a key driver of sustainable success.Way of Working
Structured, solution-oriented mindset and a confident approach in dynamic environments.Communication
Very strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
