To meet the challenges of the future, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partnering with hiring managers to define search strategies for various roles and levels of seniority
- Creating and publishing attractive, professional job postings
- Managing recruitment and employer branding campaigns (events, offline advertisements, social media), in close alignment with Talent Attraction
- Filling senior-level management and expert positions while executing the global recruiting process via SuccessFactors and training all involved parties
- Participating in internal events, job fairs, and university career days, while tracking and reporting Recruiting and HR KPIs
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and 3-5 years of experience in HR or recruitment
- Excellent English and German skills; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Outstanding interviewing and diagnostic skills, paired with structured thinking and efficient self-organization
- International mindset, intercultural competence, and openness to change

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is
EUR 52.197,04
based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
