Customer Service
Location: Krakow
Your responsibilities include:
- Verifies and expedites customer orders to ensure accuracy and secure on-time delivery by coordinating special requests
- Provides information to customers regarding order status by answering inquiries via phone and email
- Resolves issues by working with sales representatives and customers to ensure a smooth sales to shipping process
- Assists sales representatives to process customer quotes by performing stock checks and obtaining delivery information
- General office activities, such as telephone service or sample shipping, complete the activity profile for this role
What you bring to us:
- You have completed a vocational training, preferably in the commercial sector, or bring comparable experience
- You have already gained professional experience in customer support – working in our industry would be ideal
- Outstanding written and oral communication with fluent Polish and good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of all MS Office Applications, but very good knowledge of MS Excel is required
- As a team-orientated person, you convince others through an above-average commitment, a conscientious style of work and a high degree of resilience
