Tasks
- Support basic change and knowledge management activities under close guidance of senior team members
- Assist in migration‑related activities, including preparation of documentation and knowledge transfer materials
- Prepare and update documentation, templates, presentations, and reports according to defined standards
- Support maintenance of project and activity documentation, including plans, schedules, and action lists
- Support preparation of inputs for regular and ad‑hoc status updates
- Assist in preparation of trainings, workshops, and working meetings related to change and knowledge topics
- Participate in meetings and support documentation of outcomes and follow‑up actions
- Support routine Global Change & Knowledge Management operations locally and globally
- Assist in operation and maintenance of knowledge management tools and repositories
- Actively participate in learning activities, onboarding sessions, and knowledge transfer within the team

Requirements
- Academic / Master degree (e.g. Project Management, Business Administration) or in progress
- Intermediate in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent computer literacy
- Good command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic analytical skills and ability to work with data
- Ability to document processes, prepare summaries, or maintain knowledge repositories
- Basic knowledge / experience in Documentation Management, Trainings, Migrations or Change Management will be an asset
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
